QCH at Mets game with CitiKids

Kids from Queens Community House were treated to an amazing program at Citi Field thanks to CitiKids. They were given a tour through the Jackie Robinson Rotunda and the Citi Field museum thanks to scholars from the Jackie Robinson Foundation. Then, they got to meet Mr. Met, Michelle Yu, and former Jet player and Superbowl winner, Damien Woody! Finally, the kids settled into great seats to watch the game.

SCAN at Citi Field

Kids from SCAN New York visit Citi Field thanks to UNH's participation in CitiKids. They watched a Mets game, got some cool gifts, took a tour of the park with the Jackie Robinson Foundation, and listened to World Cup Soccer player and two-time Olympic gold-medalist Abby Wambach speak.

Through after school activities, The After School Conservation Club uses a hands-on approach to educate children on environmental stewardship and gives them the opportunity to participate in neighborhood projects.
